WebbIt was not clear about raising the lid all the way up to change the liner because 1/2 way up there was a resistance point. It must be alright to move the lid to a vertical position. A little clearer direction here would have been helpful. It is a very nice trash can, we didn’t want to break it the first time we changed the liner.
